AdePlast Internal Operations Suite (In-House Apps)
Built and maintained a suite of internal web apps for production tracking, time tracking, and ticketing, integrated with ERP workflows and designed for long-term maintainability.

I owned the delivery and evolution of multiple in-house web applications used across AdePlast operations. These tools supported real daily workflows: production visibility, time tracking, internal ticketing, and operational reporting, with a focus on data consistency and long-term maintainability.
The suite was built primarily with Laravel (using Voyager as an admin foundation, where it accelerated delivery). The systems were designed around clear relational models and pragmatic business rules, making them easy to extend as requirements changed.
A key part of the work was aligning internal tools with the company’s ERP landscape (Microsoft Dynamics NAVISION) by integrating operational data through the Microsoft SQL layer, ensuring that internal applications remained consistent with the organization’s source-of-truth data.
